Hello!  My name is Latasha West.  I am a 2020 graduate of Brenau University, where I obtained my Bachelor's of Science in Elementary Education.  I am delighted to begin my third year teaching here at Thomson Elementary School.  Although this is only my third year teaching 2nd grade, I have been in education for 14 years.

 

I was born and raised right here in McDuffie County.  I am married to my love, Charles West Jr., and we have 5 wonderful children.  Kiy'Asia, who is a senior in high school, Jayden, who is a junior, Isaiah, 9th grade, Malachi, 8th grade, and Aiden will be starting 3rd grade.
